2011 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Sharjah International Book Fair. Since 1982 the Department for Culture & Information have been committed to establishing the 10-day annual fair as a key event in the international publishing calendar. We are passionate about books and through a year-round programme of initiatives hopes to promote both cultural exchange and understanding as well as Sharjah’s own heritage and contemporary creativity.
The Sharjah International Book Fair  
The catalogue and CD, published in both Arabic and English, contain detailed information (title name, author, price, etc.) on the titles available at the fair, within the dedicated children’s books section. (Dewy System is applied for subject classification.)
